At Theory and Method, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Below, you’ll find information about our rates, accepted insurance plans, and payment policies to help you make an informed decision.
Rates
Our fees reflect the value of our specialized care and expertise:
● Individual Therapy: $130-$150 per 50-minute session
● Couples Therapy: $150 - $175 per 50-minute session
● Family Therapy: $150 -$175 per 50-minute session
If you require a longer session or additional services, please contact us for a customized quote.

Please note: Insurance coverage varies. It is your responsibility to verify your benefits and coverage for mental health services before your first session. We are happy to assist with any questions you may have about the process.
Out-of-Network Services
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you can still work with us! Many plans provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a "superbill" (an itemized receipt of your sessions) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Payment Options
We strive to make payment as seamless as possible by accepting:

● HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards

Sliding Scale Fees
We understand that therapy is an investment. To ensure our services are accessible to all, we offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss availability.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a fee of $100.
